Melt the butter or margarine and add the bacon slices, chopped onion, garlic, and mushrooms
If using fresh mushrooms, make sure they are well washed
Add the rosemary and thyme sprigs
Let it brown for 5 minutes
Dust with flour, mix well with a wooden spoon, and add the chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes
