In a medium-sized frying pan, melt the butter, onion juice, and garlic over medium heat
Cook, stirring occasionally, until a caramel forms
Add the shrimp, orange zest, salt, mustard, and flour
Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes
Add the orange juice, stirring constantly
Let it cook until slightly thickened
Serve immediately, garnished with scallion.
