Fry the chicken on all sides in two tablespoons of butter
Place it in a baking dish
Melt the remaining butter and mix with flour
Add the remaining ingredients and cook until smooth and creamy, stirring constantly
Pour the sauce over the chicken
Bake the chicken without a lid in a moderate oven for 50 minutes, or until all pieces are tender.
