2 filet mignon steaks
1 cup of cassava flour
6 tablespoons of butter

500g of fried potatoes

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over high heat
Add the small onion and sauté until golden brown
Gradually add the cassava flour, stirring constantly until toasted
Remove from heat and keep warm
Season the filets with salt, place on a hot skillet, and cook both sides until golden brown
While that's cooking, melt the remaining butter in a skillet over high heat
Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown
Remove from heat
Place the filets on a plate, drizzle with the garlic butter, and serve immediately with cassava flour and fried potatoes
You can substitute fried potatoes with shredded potatoes.
