1 can of salted cod
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 shallot

Let the cod soak in cold water for 12 hours
Arrange the cod pieces in a ramekin
Top with finely chopped shallot and chopped hard-boiled eggs
Serve with sour cream, a vinaigrette sauce drizzled over the cod half an hour before serving, or melted butter hot, drizzled over the cod at serving time
Serves 4-6 people.
