500g of ravioli or tortellini

3 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 450°F (very hot)
Place a large skillet with water to boil
Prepare a big baking dish with parchment paper
Set aside
When the water boils, add salt and join the pasta
Cook for 3 minutes or until al dente, but not too long
Drain well
Divide the pasta into two bowls and add half of the butter to each one
Mix in one bowl with sesame seeds and in the other with poppy seeds
Let it cool slightly
Spread all the pasta over the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with cheese
Place in the oven for 5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown
Flip the pasta and bake for another 3 minutes
Serve warm or at room temperature.
