For the beef broth
1 carrot cut into small pieces
3 stalks of celery cut into small pieces
1 head of garlic, cut into cubes

Step 1
In a pan, caramelize the onion, carrot, celery, garlic, and ginger in butter and sesame oil
Add the beef and cook
Add vodka and flambΓ©
Then add water and simmer for 40 minutes
Remove the beef and shred it
Strain the broth

Caramelize the onion in butter and olive oil, then add the rice, stirring constantly, and fry for three minutes
Add wine and let it evaporate
While adding the broth gradually, stir well, and cook for 22 minutes
Season
Step 3
In a skillet, caramelize ginger and pimento in butter
Add the shredded beef and finally add cinnamon
Add this mixture to the rice, mix well, and serve.
