1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cooked sweet potatoes, cut into slices
1 bunch of cooked spinach, chopped
2 scallions, thinly sliced

Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
In a blender, beat the eggs, cheddar cheese, and milk, and reserve
On the pastry, arrange alternating layers of mozzarella cheese, sweet potatoes, spinach, and scallions
Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used up, finishing with the egg mixture on top
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C to golden brown.
