1/2 cup of butter or margarine at room temperature

3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 bouquet garni (300g)

Combine all ingredients except the bouquet garni in a bowl
Spread on the cut sides of the bouquet garni
Close the bouquet garni, wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes
Open the foil, separate the two halves and let it toast a little more in the oven
Serve by cutting into pieces
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
