In a bowl mix the rice, cooked potato, egg, grated cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, and yeast powder
Separate small portions, stuff with cheese, and shape into fritters using a spoon
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
Drain and serve immediately, still warm.
