Step 1
Cut the salmon into thin strips and then into small pieces with a large, sharp knife
Step 2
Hold nori seaweed sheet flat in one hand
Spread sushi rice over half of the sheet
Place the salmon on top of the rice, centering it
To finish, roll the seaweed carefully (but firmly) with your other hand to form a cone shape
Serve immediately.
