Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk
Join the egg yolk with flour, salt, olive oil, and mix well
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in volume (about an hour)
Roll out the dough thinly and cut into 4-5 cm diameter circles
Cover each circle with a bit of pure tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, salami, and oregano, drizzle with olive oil
Bake in a preheated oven at hot temperature (200°C) until golden brown
Serve warm
If desired, can be reheated as well
