1/2 cup (chopped) of milk
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
100g of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
100g of grated cheese
100g of coarse-grated Minas cheese
4 egg whites beaten to snow
Fresh parsley leaves to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil and mash the sweet potatoes in salted water until they're tender
Drain and press through a ricer

In a bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, milk, yeast, cheeses, parsley, salt, and pepper

Gently fold in the beaten egg whites, mix well, and distribute the mixture into buttered ramekins

Bake in a preheated oven at 280°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown
