1 cup dried tomato, chopped
2 diced tomatoes, seeds removed
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons oregano

Prepare the basic pizza dough according to step 3 of the recipe
Filling
Combine all ingredients and set aside

Divide the dough into eight pieces and roll out each one to a circle with a diameter of 15 cm
In the center, place 1/3 cup of filling, leaving a 1.5 cm border
Brush with water, fold in half, and press gently
Let it rest for 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Brush the pastries with egg yolk and place on large trays sprinkled with flour
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown
Serve hot.
