Basic Dough
45 g of biological yeast
1 cup of warm milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1 tablespoon of salt
1 kg of wheat flour
1 egg yolk for brushing
"Tomato Dried Filling with Manioc", 150 g of dried tomatoes, 1/2 cup of manioc leaves, 100 g of grated cheddar cheese cut into fine slices

In a bowl, dissolve the biological yeast in warm milk, add the eggs, oil, salt, and gradually whisk in the wheat flour
Knead the dough until it becomes homogeneous
Let it rest for 20 minutes
Divide the dough into two equal parts
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough
Spread the dried tomatoes and manioc leaves over the dough
Distribute the grated cheddar cheese slices and close. Reserve
Place in a medium-sized pie dish greased with oil and let it rest until it doubles in volume
Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown.
