Thaw the puff pastry sheets, fork-prune them uniformly, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown
In a pan, melt the butter, sauté the onion, add the tomato, sausage, and cook for five minutes
Turn off the heat and mix in the ricotta cheese
Distribute the mixture over the pastry, cover with mozzarella, sprinkle oregano, and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F until the mozzarella melts.
