1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of tomato paste

Mix the butter or margarine with the cream cheese until smooth
Add the all-purpose flour and mix well
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm (0.2 in) and cut into circles approximately 5 cm (2 in) in diameter using a glass or mug
Mix together the prosciutto, mustard, and tomato paste
Place a small spoonful of this mixture onto half of each circle
Lift the other half and press edges together to form a crescent shape
Press edges again with a fork to seal
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.
