Preheat the oven to 220°C
Roll out the puff pastry in a rectangle shape, approximately 35 x 25 cm
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Roll one part of the dough (in the direction of its length) to halfway
Do the same with the other part and cut into thin slices
Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes
Let it rest for 60 minutes
