Cut the mango into cubes
Salt the shrimp in a pan with sesame oil, salt, and pepper
Break the cashews, deseed the cumin, and combine all ingredients in a bowl
Season with Green Curry and a little sesame oil
Mash the mango

Soak rice leaves in hot water for 30 seconds
Spread them on a plate and dry them
Stretch them over your palm, place the filling, and shape into rolls
Soak leek in hot water (for a few seconds) and tie up the rolls with it

Garnish with cumin leaves
Drizzle tamarind sauce over the rolls
