1 Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted water
Drain and reserve
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic
2 Add the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and let cook for 3 minutes
3 Add the sardines with the olive oil, remove from heat, and mix with spaghetti
Sprinkle parsley and serve immediately.
