1 1/2 kg of beef (or veal)
1 kg of green beans
1 kg of tomatoes
1 spoonful of ginger
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of olive oil
juice of 1 lime
salt to taste

Cut the beef into pieces of about 150g each
Place in a pot
Add salt, ginger, cinnamon, sweet paprika, olive oil, peeled and chopped tomatoes, and green beans
Let it simmer for a bit
Add the green beans
Cover the pot and cook, stirring occasionally
Add more water if the mixture becomes too thick
When the beef and green beans are cooked, add the lime juice
Let it cook for a little longer until the sauce thickens
Serve very hot
Serves 6 to 8 people.
