12 hot dog sausages cut in half lengthwise
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of warm water
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of mustard
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of English Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup of ketchup
12 hot dog sausages cut in half lengthwise

In a roasting pan, arrange the hot dog sausage halves with the cut side down
Heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the onion
Cook until translucent
Fry for another minute, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant
Add the warm water, lemon juice, paprika, mustard, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce
Bring to a simmer and let cook for 1 minute
Remove from heat and stir in the ketchup
Pour the mixture over the hot dog sausages
Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and bake at moderate temperature for 20 minutes
Serve warm with buns or rice, and enjoy!
