Cook the eggs until they are hard, then immediately submerge them in cold water and remove their shells
Cut the eggs lengthwise
Remove and mash the yolks
Add chives, capers, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, pepper, and a few grains of Cayenne pepper
Mix well
With a spoon, place the yolks into the whites
Allow to set for at least an hour
Serve with raw parsley stems, carrot tops, cucumber slices, radishes, and scallions
For six servings.
