1 chicken cut into pieces
3 tablespoons of oil

1 packet of chicken bouillon
Fresh cilantro chopped to taste

In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened

Add the bell pepper and tomato and cook for an additional 2 minutes

Add the chicken bouillon, cilantro, and paprika to the pan

Place the chicken pieces in the pan and let them brown

Add the water to the pan and bring to a simmer

Cook until the chicken is tender, then add the coconut milk
