1 fish of 1 1/2 kg, cleaned and boneless (badejo, tainha, namorado. enchova, pescada, serra, robalo, betara, castanha)
1 cup of chopped palmito
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 cup of chopped green onions
3 tablespoons of olive oil
to taste: salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 cup of white wine

Wash and pat the fish dry inside and out
Place inside the fish the palmito, 1/2 cup of green onions, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Season the fish inside and out with salt, black pepper, and parsley
Put the fish in a refractory dish
Mix together the remaining green onions and olive oil with the juices and wine
Pour over the fish
Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through
