500g cooked and flaked fish
2 cups (scant 1 1/3 cup) chicken breast, soaked in milk and drained
12 large egg yolks
12 large egg whites
1 1/2 cups (scant 2/3 cup) raisins without seeds

Make a white sauce with the butter, milk, and flour
Add the fish and chicken breast soaked in milk and drained
Season with salt, black pepper, grated onion, and chopped parsley
Mix well and add the egg yolks, egg whites, and raisins
Pour into a large greased and floured mold, and steam-bake until set
Remove from the mold and cover with a good crab sauce.
