3 tainha eggs
1/2 pound of squid ink (a type of polvo)
Enough oil to brush the eggs
1 sheet of gelatin
Salt to taste

Enough oil to brush the eggs

Wash the eggs, removing their skin
Place them in a pan with water, uncovered, with salt and the squid ink to darken them
Cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat, draining the water
Prepare the oil by melting a sheet of gelatin; mix in the eggs
The finished product can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator
Note: The ink is contained in a black sac on the back of the squid which is removed and placed into a separate container.
