Peel the shrimp
Reserve the shells and cook them with one cup of water

Cook them in the broth from the shells for three minutes
Drain and reserve the broth
Blend the papayas, peeled, with one-third of a cup of reserved broth, until creamy

In four small glasses, make layers of papaya cream and chopped shrimp
