1/4 cup of melted butter

Sift the flour with the yeast in a bowl
Add the sugar and salt
Beat the eggs and milk in a blender until frothy
Add this mixture to the flour and mix well
Add the butter and mix until you get a homogeneous batter
Heat a non-stick skillet well and pour 1/4 cup of batter
When bubbles appear on the crepe, flip it over and fry the other side until golden brown
Make about 20 crepes
Note: Serve with ice cream, honey, and butter.
