1 1/2 cups of tomato sauce (see page 76)
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of garlic
200g of buffalo mozzarella, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 pre-baked pizza crust (see page 77)
Fresh basil leaves, thyme, and salt to taste

Sauté the tomato sauce with garlic, onion, basil, thyme, salt, and olive oil over medium heat for 20 minutes
Spread over pre-baked pizza crust, leaving a 2cm border
Cover with cheese
Bake for 8 minutes
Distribute fresh basil leaves and water for an additional 2 minutes.
