Divide the mixture into eight portions
Butter a flat surface and shape each portion into a patty
Form each patty to obtain a hamburger
Butter a non-stick pan over medium heat
Fry the hamburgers until golden brown on both sides
Keep them warm
Cook the bacon in the same pan over high heat until crispy, then chop it
Mix with the cheddar cheese
Cut the buns in half and butter them
Assemble the hamburgers by placing a patty, followed by a spoonful of the bacon-cheese mixture, and finish with another bun half
Serve immediately.
