4 large lamb chops

2 tablespoons (butter or margarine)
1 tablespoon salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 cup white sauce medium (butter, flour, and milk)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
4 large lamb chops

Rub the lamb chops with minced garlic
Fry the lamb chops quickly, on both sides, in butter or margarine
Season with salt and pepper
Remove excess fat and place the lamb chops in a baking dish
Prepare well-seasoned white sauce and pour it over the lamb chops
Dust with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs
Bake, covered or under foil, in a hot oven for 20 minutes
Remove the cover and bake for another 20 minutes
Serve in 4 portions.
