3 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing
1 clove of garlic
250g of grated Cheddar cheese
100g of ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or caju nuts
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing
1 clove of garlic
250g of grated Cheddar cheese
100g of ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or caju nuts
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
Combine all the ingredients, except for the nuts and parsley, in a blender
Blend until smooth
If it's difficult to blend, stop and start the blender again, mixing with a spoon
Remove the mixture, which should be well homogenized, and shape into two rolls 2cm in diameter
Dip one roll in chopped nuts or caju nuts and the other in parsley
Wrap each roll in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours or more
To serve, cut each roll into slices and place on round crackers
To make cutting easier, warm your knife a bit each time you cut a slice.
