300 g of Port-Salut cheese, cut into small squares

Dip the little cubes of cheese in the beaten eggs, then coat them in breadcrumbs, dip again in the eggs and finally, once more in the breadcrumbs
Fry in plenty of hot oil
Drain on paper towels and serve warm with toothpicks.
