Place the egg in a small saucepan, cover with water and cook over high heat for about 10 minutes or until it's very firm
Drain, peel, and cut into wedges
Cut the tomato into slices and the cucumbers into rounds
Blend the ham with butter and lemon juice to obtain a paste
Arrange the poultry breast slices on a plate and cover them with the paste
Roll up the prosciutto slices and distribute over the poultry
Alternate with tomato slices, egg wedges, and serve.
