100g lean beef, ground
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 raw egg
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon capers, drained and finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon anchovy paste, drained and finely chopped
A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
Some olive oil to taste

Transfer to a plate and shape into a round patty
Make a hole in the center and add the raw egg
