Cut the meat along its length and fill with the plums
Sew the filling to prevent it from escaping
Apply butter all over the meat and place in a greased baking dish
Pour the Coca-Cola on top and bake at 220°F (preheated oven) until desired doneness is reached
At the end, add salt to taste (if added earlier, the meat will harden)
Serve with shredded potato and farofa
