Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablet of beef broth
1/2 cup of hot milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped green onion
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
To taste: salt
2 cups of fresh heavy cream
For dusting: grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: broccoli, canned corn, or green peas as a substitute for garlic.

Preparation:

Finely chop the garlic and set aside
In a bowl, dissolve the beef broth tablet in hot milk
Add the remaining ingredients except for the reserved garlic and mix well

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Mix in the garlic and stir gently
Place it in a refrigerator and dust with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
