1/3 cup of green pitted olives, chopped

Fry the onion and green pepper in butter or margarine until they're soft
Add the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, and simmer slowly in a closed pot for 20 minutes
While this is cooking, cook the pasta and drain it
Add the sausage and olives to the sauce
Stir well
Serve over the pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
