    Peel 6 large passion fruits. Cut them in half, remove the seeds and pulp. Reserve. Cut the white part into thin strips and place them in a pan with 2 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar. Cook over low heat until all the syrup is absorbed. Reserve. Place the pulp and seeds in a blender and add 1 cup of water. Blend well. Strain through a sieve and reserve the ground seeds. Place the passion fruit juice in a pan, dissolve 4 tablespoons of cornstarch. Add 1/2 cup of sugar. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and reserve. Wash the reserved seeds. Place them in a skillet and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until dry. Reserve. Prepare the dough: place 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour in a bowl. Make a depression in the center and add 1/3 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 cup of cold butter. Mix well and knead lightly. Roll out the dough in a pizza pan with a 35 cm diameter. Make holes in the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (hot) for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove the dough from the oven, cover with the passion fruit cream, cover with the white strips and sprinkle with dry seeds. Let cool and serve.
