1 recipe of tart crust or 1 package of tart crust mix
8 slices of bacon cut into small pieces
250g grated Suet cheese (2 cups)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
to taste salt
3 beaten eggs
1 and 1/2 cups milk

Bake the tart crust in a hot oven for about 20 minutes, or until it is lightly golden
The oven should be preheated
Remove from the oven and reduce the temperature slightly
Fry the bacon until crispy
Drain and reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon
Place the remaining bacon on top of the tart crust
Cover with grated Suet cheese
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the top
Sprinkle with reserved bacon
Bake in a slow oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until almost set in the center
Let it cool for about 15 minutes before serving
