Mix two cups of flour with the baking powder, yeast, and salt
Add the water and melted butter and mix well
Gradually add the remaining flour
Mix until a dough forms

On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough until it becomes homogeneous
If sticky, dust with more flour

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth and let rest for 40 minutes
The volume will double

Preheat oven to high temperature
Grease the mold with butter and place the dough inside
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Unmold and let cool.
