350g all-purpose flour
20g active dry yeast
Salt
350g all-purpose flour
20g active dry yeast
Salt
Spoon the flour onto a surface, create a hole in the center and add the active dry yeast mixed with; add a little salt and some warm water to dissolve the yeast
Add hot water to knead: in total about one cup of water
Work energetically on the dough until it becomes smooth, elastic, and relatively soft
After that make a ball of dough and place it into a floured bowl
Cover it and let it sit in a warm place for the yeast to ferment fully; this will take around two to two and a half hours.
