Combine the flour with two tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and yeast, dissolved in a warm water mixture, until a ball forms well separated from the bowl
Cover with a cloth and let it rest in a warm place to rise
After about two hours, the dough will have increased and be soft
Knead the dough on a floured surface, lower it slightly, open it up, and line the bottom of a greased baking dish
Let it rise a little more
Brush the dough with olive oil, cover it with mozzarella slices, anchovies, and tomato slices
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano
Bake in a hot oven for half an hour
