1/2 cup of stuffed olives, chopped
2 egg whites beaten until stiff
3 slices of crispy bacon, diced

Cut rounds or small squares from the bread
Toast lightly in the oven for both sides
Spread butter or margarine on the toast
Mix the cheese, egg whites, and olives
Place on top of the toast
Bake until the cheese is melted
