In a bowl, combine the onion, salt, coriander, and cod
On the side, mix together the eggs, flour, and yeast
Gradually add the milk to the egg mixture, stirring well
Add the seasoned cod to this batter mixture
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, leaving about 3cm of clearance at the top, and bring it to a good heat
Ladle portions of the batter into the hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown
Remove from the frying pan and drain over papertowel before serving.
