In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, mustard, grated ginger, and honey

Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them marinate for 30 minutes

Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and reserve the remaining marinade

Grill the salmon fillets on both sides until golden brown, basting with the reserved marinade as needed
