1 1/2 kg of fresh pork ribs cut into pieces
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 teaspoons of salt
100g of smoked bacon, diced
1 cup of water
2 cups of rice
4 cups of beef broth
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1/4 cup of chopped green onion

Season the pork ribs with garlic and salt
In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat, covered, for an hour or until the meat is tender and golden brown (add water as needed to prevent drying)
Add the rice, beef broth, and stir to combine; cook on low heat for 15 minutes
Add parsley and green onion and mix well
Garnish with green onion tops and serve.
