Open the can and finely chop the tuna
Then prepare a white sauce with butter, flour, and milk
When it's well thickened, remove from heat and let cool
Add the chopped tuna, eggs, and a pinch of black pepper
Mix everything well with a wooden spoon
Grease and flour a holey mold in the center, and pour the cream
Put in the oven on low heat for about an hour
