Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Grease a baking dish with olive oil
Filling
Mix all the ingredients well
Assembling
Cut the cod fish fillets into squares of approximately 8 centimeters
Place half of the fillets side by side in the baking dish
Reserve one-fourth cup of filling and distribute the rest over the fish fillets
Cover with the remaining fish fillets and press gently
Dust with reserved filling and drizzle with olive oil
Bake for 40 minutes or until, when pierced with a fork, the fish flakes easily
